2. If the product doesn't pour easily, dunk the bottle in a bowl of hot water for 30 seconds or until liquid.

Awful
Impossible to get out of the bottle. Had to cut the bottle in half (with great difficulty) and spoon out the cement-like mixture. Didn't taste good either, like a cheap chocolate flavour sugar paste, and in fact looked like the dog had done his business on our ice cream. Terrible purchase, will never buy again.
Amazing
If used correctly this sauce is amazing. I agree it does become congealed but please common sense says run it under the hot water tap and then use. Absolutely amazing sauce and I love it as much as the grandkids lol x
Vans Too Cold
This is okay if you buy it from the supermarket, but always split and gloopy from ocado. I think it must be too cold in the vans which then effects the liquidity of it, from which it does not revert. A bit like honey too sometimes from ocado.
Rubbish
Doesn't mix, even when shaken for ages. Watery brown liquid followed by a thick brown splodge, then nothing. The splodge doesn't set. Horrible.

Worst purchase ever! Its horrible AND I purchased in March and just noticed it expired in June 2022 ! If I could give it zero stars I would have.
Almost impossible to get it out of the bottle!
