Preparation and Usage
Pre-heat your oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5.
For fan assisted ovens please adjust temperatures accordingly. Place 450g (1lb) cooked fruit, pie filling or drained canned fruit in a 1 litre ovenproof dish.
If using fresh fruit also add 3 tbsp (45ml) of water and 3 tbsp (42g) of sugar.
Sprinkle the golden crumble mix over the fruit and gently level the top.
Bake in the pre-heated oven for 30-40 minutes until the crumble is golden brown.

1 Place fruit / filling into an ovenproof dish (if using fresh fruit, also add the water and sugar).
2 Sprinkle the crumble mix over the fruit / filling and rake with a fork to even out any lumps and level the top.
3 Bake in a pre-heated oven for 30-40 mins until the crumble is golden brown.

Perfect
Very tasty and good quality. Just worth noting it suggests 30-40 mins to cook. But at 25 mins it was starting to burn. So about 20 mins at 200C seems optimal.

Aunt Bessies Crumble mix saves a lot of time making my own mix .. I have tried Rhubarb Crumble and a Peach crumble ... Lasts me 4 days with a single pack . I deal desert for the cold weather and simple to use. I have tried it with a small amount of added oat flakes and even crushed corn flakes just to give it added texture, but it is great on its own. You won't go wrong with this mix, so much quicker and much less mess than making your own.

Used this twice on my apples this autumn. Baked for 40 minutes. Spot on, just nice texture and taste.

Used these for a crumble topper- I already made the fruit so just used this on top. Cooked for 40 mins - very sugary but overall OK.
