How to Cook... Now Over to You
Place the contents of the sachet into a bowl.
Add 4-5 tbsp (60-75ml) of cold water and gently mix to create a slightly sticky dough.
With floured hands, divide the dough into 8 equal portions and form into dumplings.
Place the dumplings on top of a simmering stew and cook for 20-30 minutes.

Oven cook - From Ambient. Required: 60-75ml water, plain/all purpose flour, mixing bowl.
220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas mark 7, 20-30 mins
1 Place the dumpling mix into a bowl and add the water, gently mixing into a slightly sticky dough, using more water if required.
2 With floured hands, divide the dough into 8 equal portions and form into dumplings.
3 Place the dumplings on top of a simmering stew and cook for 20-30 mins, or follow suggested guidance if using your own recipe.

Lovely easy dumplings
So easy to make, just add water, add to stew or casserole and you get delicious fluffy dumplings.

Easy dumplings
Used this to make dumplings. Very easy, light and fluffy. Didnt want to get a whole box of suet that might sit in ten cupboard so this was just the right amount. We mixed in some horseradish sauce for a little different flavour to go with a beef stew.

Really Nice
These dumplings are so tasty. I use them in a Vegetable stew, and they work a treat. Recommend.

I was wasting suet which had passed its date so I tried these mixes. So glad I did, lovely dumplings every time.
