Yorkshire Puddings, makes 12...
Pre-heat your oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7. For fan assisted ovens please adjust temperatures accordingly.
Empty the contents of the sachet into a large mixing bowl, add 2 medium eggs and 200ml of cold water and whisk until smooth.
Put 1-2 teaspoons (5-10mls) of vegetable oil into each well of a 12 deep-well Yorkshire pudding tin or bun tin and heat in the oven for around 10-15 minutes.
Pour the batter into the wells of the tin and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7 20-25 Minutes
Pancakes, makes 4-6...
Empty the contents of the sachet into a large mixing bowl and add 1 medium egg and 250ml of cold water and whisk until smooth, then transfer to a jug to aid pouring.
Lightly oil a medium frying pan and heat until very hot.
Pour in enough batter to thinly coat the base of the pan.
Cook for 1-2 minutes on a medium heat until golden brown on the underside. Turn over then cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
Transfer the cooked pancakes to a warmed plate and stack on top of each other until ready to enjoy with your favourite topping or filling.
2-4 Minutes
Coating batter...

2 Add a teaspoon of oil into each well of your Yorkshire pudding tray and heat for 10-15 mins until very hot.
3 Pour the batter into between 1/2 to 3/4 of each well and cook for 20-25 mins (until golden). Tip: make sure to keep the oven door closed whilst cooking.
4 Remove from the oven and serve.
5 Take care when removing the Yorkshires from the tray as any residual oil will be very hot.

My daughter made these up & cooked them. They were perfect, so light in texture & puffed up well. Will definitely buy again.

Simple but works
OK so this is basically flour plus milk powder. But it works for me. Is easy to use and produces consistent large and small Yorkshires. And when you're busy in the kitchen, easy is good.

Rather stodgy
This batter mix seems to be different to when I last used it. The Yorkshire pudding was rather heavy and stodgy. Rather disappointing

lovely!
I was worried about getting this mix after reading the reviews, but seeing the positive one I thought Id try it! So pleased I did! I also did two eggs and the batter rose perfectly in my toad in the hole! Will definitely buy again!

perfect
I had no problem with this mix although I used 2 eggs. I used it to do toad in the hole and it was perfect. As the sausages went in the oven for 10mins the fat was very hot when I added the batter. It rose extremely well.
