trying vegan for the first time for veganuary

Wow!! I toasted this bread with vegan violins cheese and dairy free butter and I'm pleasantly surprised at how tasty it was. Best bread I've tasted in ages! Its filling but in a good way. I feel like I am fuelled for the day. My only criticism - the price point is a little too steep at it's current price of £3 per loaf. Especially for students and low income individuals trying to go vegan/ dairy free. I appreciate that maybe because it's not a well known brand and that fact that it's calculated on the cost of making is probably the reason for the high price however. But hopefully in the future as the brand becomes more we'll know the price can be lowered a little. Even if it is by 50p. Other than that I would highly recommend this product!

weird

As blessed with having to be on a low fat diet as well as gluten intolerance I thought I had hit on a winner. nope it's like eating potato bread it's weird smells weird looks weird tastes weird. best thing to do would have been to cover it in butter if that had been allowed.
