I was worried about whether my kids would accept this let alone me! My son has had a bit of digestive trouble and we are testing whether hes intolerant of gluten. I cooked this a tiny bit longer - 1-2 mins than stated and the result was a pleasing, bouncy texture, exactly what you look for in Al denté penne - my kids hoovered it up and I tasted the leftovers (natch) and was genuinely surprised and impressed. Buying again.
Just as good as regular pasta!
Taste and texture are indistinguishable. I had to double check that it was gluten free. Would recommend.
Brilliant
I've tried a few brands of GF pastas, and that's the best so far. These guys deserve 11 minutes in boiling water though, not 10.
Best GF pasta
The best GF pasta I have tried. I have only recently had to cut out gluten, and I have found a lot of GF foods lacking in flavour and they taste nothing like the original product. But I have not been disappointed with this pasta, when cooked to the instructions it tastes almost like the real thing.

Barilla makes the best GF pasta. Boil in well salted water and don't overcook.
GF as good as the original
Barilla is the only GF pasta Ive found which tastes anything like the original. The al dente texture too is spot on when boiled in salt water for the recommended time.
