Organic
I've almost finished these peppercorns, but in the meantime I'd already bought some (Ocado) organic peppercorns. I'm not here to promote the organic version, although they are great, I'm here to say that the differnce between them was night and day, largely becuase the Barts were 6ish months old and I don't think they ever tasted as good as the organic peppercorns. That said, I did learn recently that peppercorns lose there flavour/freshness over time, very quickly indeed, so a larger jar/bag/container of the best corns, will still only be good for a few weeks.
Simply the best!
Pungent, fragrant, aromatic, delicious depth of flavour. Great size large jar. Another winner from Bart!
Excellent Flavour
Good, fresh flavour, and stays fresh in the grinder for quite some time. Like the large jar as it works out cheaper and pepper doesn't last long in our house.
Good Value
This black pepper works out as excellent value per 10g. It's really easy to refill my pepper mill with too and then reclip the lid and no mess or spills, no more chasing black pepper corns all over the worktop.
Best peppercorns - and cheaper than Barts' refill
These are the same peppercorns as in Barts' refill pack, but they are actually cheaper per kilo, in spite of the glass jar.
