Perfect fish seasoning
Love this seasoning it enhances the flavour of fish perfectly. Unfortunately its another product thats been out of stock for a while. I am hoping it will become available again soon.
Our favourite
This is our favourite and most simple quick way to cook fish
GOOD LEMON & DILL SEASONING even on a Chicken leg
Suits us fine, plenty lemon & a little dill flavouring for white salt-water fish & shellfish. . ' Like a good sprinkle over fish before pan-frying & steaming when remaining juices make a tasty base for a mildly lemon sauce.. .Also liked by one enthusiast sprinkled over & pushed/rubbed under the skin of a chicken portion before cooking!
Great Seasoning
My husband loves pan fried white fish, especially sea bass and sea bream, and I often cook it for him using a mixture of butter and olive oil. I thought I'd try this for a change and as there are no specific instructions, the first time I cautiously sprinkled it on and left it in the fridge for an hour before cooking, and he said he couldn't really taste it. So next time I brushed the white side generously with olive oil, coated it lavishly with seasoning, left in fridge for about 4 hours and then pan fried as usual. He absolutely loved it, said it was really tasty and it's now his favourite way to eat it.
Adds a lovely fresh lemon dill seasoning flavour
Received this as a freebie and wouldnt have normally bought it myself however I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised by how this makes fresh white fish taste so much nicer. Its a very subtle lemon and dill flavour and it naturally enhances the fish beautifully. Doesnt taste artificial at all, like some flavourings can. You can add as much or as little as you want and, as its dried product, I would imagine it will last in the cupboard for a long time. Easy to use with the shaker lid too. Very impressed and I would consider a future purchase even though it wouldnt usually be something on my shopping list.
not just for fish!
We use this on tofu and also to season veggies
