Practical replacement to fresh ginger

I find it annoying to grate fresh ginger, so this is a quick and easy replacement. It may be a bit watery, as others say, but still OK. I keep it in the fridge and use about a spoonful once a week. It only rarely gets mouldy, I normally manage to use it all.

Not as good as it used to be..

Have used this regularly in the past - the last two that I ordered were very watery - thought it may have been off but the seal was still intact. Both went in the bin - expensive waste of money

Good store cupboard standby

I have this in all the time in case my arthritic hands are unable to chop fresh ginger, it's the best tasting one I've found that has that ginger zing you expect. Great easy product.
