Wont grind

These will not grind in the pepper mill, even after going straight into it from a sealed bottle, they seem to drop out intermittently in a mashed consistency. No flavour either. Would like a refund but its too late :(

Found a family of moths growing in mine

Dead, alive and in various stages of their lifecycle. I've been using this for months so it wasn't the nicest surprise.
