lovely with chicken
This is great, works really well in a marinade for chicken, great store cupboard stable.

Ok
Bought this because while Waitrose stocked fresh tarragon M&S don’t (sigh...). It’s ok for a dried herb.

enhances otherwise bland sauces
A really good flavour of tarragon & so easily blends into sauces, even into mayo! We like it with chicken alone or with parsley as a sauce or rubbed over before cooking with seasoning & oil. It's fine too with pink veal, just a little added to white sauce. Good thing about it being freeze dried, if the flavour needs strengthening you can add more even shortly before serving.
