Love it

Not sure I’d know in a blind tasting it wasn’t black pepper but the two mixed in a grinder look good

Favourite pepper

Absolutely delicious pepper, very mild but floral and fragrant adds that perfect amount of spice to your dish without overpowering it

nutty, nutmegy, floral and spicy

tried these for the first time, and i now know that I REALLY like white peppercorns. it's a different flavour to black pepper and more floral and mild while still packing a punch.

Life saver...

... as a big pepper fan it makes a real difference to vary with your peppers and freshly ground this gives a wonderfully aromatic kick to dishes whilst being slightly less strong than black pepper in taste and visually. Started to get into it when I read that Joel Robuchon ONLY used white pepper in his dishes...

A hard to find ingredient

I love these peppercorns.They're so good for seasoning dishes where you don't want too strong a peppery taste and/or you don't want black bits e.g.white sauces.They are also very hard to find elsewhere so I'm thrilled that Waitrose/Ocado stock them
