Good design btw photo shows dog bowl not cat
Firstly, please note that the photo shows the dog bowl, not the cat bowl. The cat bowl has shallower wavy sides. We bough this for our longhaired cat and it's very good for her: there's enough of a lip to keep food inside but it dips so it doesn't get on her fur. It's also sturdy, with enough weight and rubber feet to stay in place and a wide base shape that hopefully won't flip over. Added plus that it's not plastic.

Brilliant cat bowl
Have been using metal bowls for years but found the rubber always comes off the bottom so poor pusses have to chase their bowl round the floor! These are excellent, bought the green as well so one each, don't want any cat fights. Would highly recommend and will be replacing metal ones.
