Process: Cold extraction

Method: Cornicabra is a unique olive varietal which is characterised by its horn shape. The olives which are naturally ripened and harvested at the end of the season produce a rich golden oil with green tones.

Character: A robust, highly aromatic and balanced oil with fruity notes and a pronounced peppery finish.

Bring the Mediterranean Cuisine to any Dish

I couldn't go back to any other olive oil now - this oil has a lovely green olive taste and is perfect for that finishing touch on dishes!

good quality, well flavoured oil

Good colour, consistency, quality and taste - it has flavour but isn't overpowering. Would definitely buy this again.

Best in my opinion

Love belazu range but this olive oil is so rich and flavoursome it has to be among my favourites, it adds another level to salads, tastes so good!

Can't go back to other olive oils now - this one is too good.

Perfect for bread

Strong tasting oil perfect for dipping bread etc. Can use for cooking and sauces but might add too much colour to some more subtle dishes or a pesto sauce.
