All you need is:
3 medium eggs + 105ml vegetable oil (7 tbsp) or 110g melted butter + 200ml water or 200ml milk = 1 tub of Betty Crocker™ Rich Cream Cheese Style Icing
Prep time 10 mins
Baking time 23-28 mins
Two 20cm cake tins or Two 12 cupcake muffin tins (and 24 cupcake cases)

Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan assisted ovens or refer to manufacturer's instructions)/Gas Mark 4. For cupcakes use fan assisted oven 160°C.
Grease tins and preferably line base with baking parchment or greaseproof paper. For cupcakes line 2 regular muffin tins with cupcake cases.
1. Beat the eggs, water (or milk), oil (or butter) and cake mix together and whisk (by hand or electric mixer) for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into tins. For cupcakes pour mixture evenly into the cupcake cases.
3. Bake for 23-28 min or until skewer inserted in centre comes out clean. For cupcakes bake the 2 muffin tins at the same time for 18-22 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in tins then remove from tins. Cool completely, fill and ice with Betty Crocker™ Rich Cream Cheese Style Icing.

Horrible taste very disappointed, because most of the other flavours are quite good.

Easy and convenient
Easy enough for children to make. Very quick. No fail bake. Texture and moistness not what you would get with a home baked carrot cake. But it is a soft, well spiced cake. Perfectly pleasant to eat.

Wouldnt buy again
I was sent this product to review for Ocado. It was very easy to make with the additional ingredients required. The cake was ok but nowhere near as nice as making a homemade carrot cake and lacked the usual flavour and texture. I wouldnt buy again.

Tasty
Sent this to review. I love Betty Crocker cakes, always find them really tasty. I don’t think this is the best in the range but was still very yummy. It’s not the most traditional tasting carrot cake but we didn’t mind

Nothing like the real thing
As others have said, it doesn't really taste like proper carrot cake, so isn't worth the effort, even if it's minimal.
