All you need is:
60g (1/4 cup) melted butter or 90ml (6 Tablespoons) vegetable oil + 2 medium eggs
Prep time 10 mins
Baking time 20-25 mins
20×20cm cake tin
3 simple steps!
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan assisted ovens)/Gas Mark 4. Grease a square tin (20cm X 20cm) or preferably line base with baking parchment or greaseproof paper.
1. Stir brownie mix, butter and eggs(or brownie mix, oil and eggs) in medium bowl until well blended (Mixture may be lumpy.)
2. Spread the mixture evenly into the baking tin.
3. Bake in the center of the oven for 20-25 minutes or until a rounded knife inserted 5cm from edge of tin comes out almost clean. Cool and cut in 16 pieces (or 12 for larger brownies) before serving.

Love this!
This is a great base mix - I add an extra tablespoon of cocoa and a teaspoon of instant coffee. Comes out gooey and very chocolatey!
easy and tasty
Ive made countless batches of these and fed them to a bunch of non-gluten free people as well as those who are sensitive - everyone has enjoyed them. I use butter and normal eggs. Just dont bake too long!
Inedible and sickly
These are so sweet they are inedible. You can barely taste the chocolate through the incredible amount of sugar, genuinely surprised at all the positive reviews as they are just a sickly mess. Will not be purchasing again, very disappointed
a great brownie that happens to be gluten free
Brought to cater for a GF guest, loved by everyone! A little more delicate to handle, but possibly down to making them slightly shallower than stated. I drizzled with a thin layer of melted dark chocolate and added googly eyes (halloween!)

My absolute favourite brownie mix, you would never know they are gluten free either! Delicious!!
Artificial tasting
Mixture comes out very hard at the edges and tops despite following instructions to the letter. Went back to making my own from scratch which turn out perfect every time.
