Preparation and Usage
Stir ready to spread icing, at room temperature, with a rounded knife
To ice:
Spread or pipe onto your cooled Betty Crocker cake or cupcakes.
To glaze:
1. Spread a very thin layer (about 1/3 of the tub) on top of the cooled cake
2. Remove foil seal completely before placing in microwave oven. Place the tub with the remaining icing, in the microwave oven, uncovered. Microwave at 800W for 20 second
3. Stir thoroughly until smooth. If too thick to pour, microwave 5 to 10 seconds longer.
4. Pour icing over your cake so that it drips down on the sides.
Ready to spread:
One tub contains enough icing to cover and fill one 20cm double layer cake (serves 12) or up to 27 cupcakes.
Remove foil seal completely before placing in microwave oven.
Instructions
- Stir room-temperature icing.
- Brush all the crumbs off the cake.
- Spread the icing evenly on the cooled cake.
Cover and refrigerate any remaining icing (best if used within 30 days).
- Contains enough to cover and fill a 9" (23cm) round sandwich cake or cover up to 32 cupcakes.
Hints and Tips:
- To ice a sandwich cake - Place 1 layer topside down on a plate and spread 75g of icing almost to the edge. Place the other layer, topside up, on iced layer. Ice sides with a thin coat first to seal the crumbs, then ice side and top evenly.

Disgusting set of ingredients
Full of horrible E numbers. Shouldnt be allowed to be on sale
Excellent
Goes on well and lovely flavour..really makes a nice birthday cake..
Artificial taste
Thought I would give this a shot and very disappointed. Product really disappointing with a nasty tang to it. Will not be buying again . My own butter icing in future
Sickening sweet
Not great. I won't be buying again. Was so sweet it burned the back of your throat.
yuck!
I love sweet icing and was looking forward to trying this but it was horrible - the first taste was not sweet but something more like cardboard. Once on the cake it was a bit better but I wish Id made my own (not to mention the palm oil)
crAck
Fiendishly good. Terrible for you and the environment but so addictive. Very sweet, and no, it doesn't taste natural but man it's good. Should be illegal. Quantity good - you definitely won't run out.
