The BEST gf pasta
Absolutely amazing. It takes even better than some normal pasta in my opinion. Reallyyy tasty
The best gluten free pasta!
I have finally found a good gluten free pasta that ALSO has simple ingredients without any E numbers! I’ve tried many gf pastas and usually they either have a great texture and taste but not so great ingredients, or they have clean ingredients but an unpleasant texture and taste, however this biofair pasta has both clean ingredients with a great taste and texture and most importantly the pasta doesn’t fall apart!
Really good wheat alternative pasta
Recently discovered Im intolerant to wheat, so decided to look for alternative pasta - this is one excellent. It tastes just like normal wheat pasta. I cooked it for a whole bunch of friends who did not notice the difference. It takes a little longer to cook, and you have to make sure you run some hot water through the pasta after its cooked. But otherwise its brilliant.
Nothing special
Bland and nothing special. I expected a lot more for the ingredients and price.
great texture
Was pleasantly surprised to find a wheat free pasta that has the texture of wheat pasta. Result! Only takes slightly longer to cook, then pour boiling water through it to remove any starch. Perfect pasta. Downside is the cost, but at least it's good quality!
plastic bag inside cardboard - why?
Was so excited to see an organic gF pasta without single use plastic and felt utterly cheated when I realised there was a plastic bag extending the whole way inside, not just a tiny plastic window as Id thought (although thats unnecessary too). Grr. Why cant it be sold in a straight cardboard instead of the layers of unnecessary packing? Even a straight plastic bag would be better than using more resources for redundant cardboard layer. Other manufacturers do it.
