Be aware it cause constipation

I have been having stomachache and constipation for 4 days now , i had to call my gp as i am suffering, even though I only took one tablet /day

box tampered with!!!

Arrived open and with only 20 tablets not 30. Felt disgusted at this,do not buy!

Helped after a bout of Gastro'

Had a very nasty bout of gastro' that lasted well over a week. Decided to try these to see it it would help my stomach recover. On the second day of taking them, i doubled the recommended amount, my symptoms abruptly stopped. It may have been coincidence that the bug was just about gone but then again these probiotics may have been just what I needed to tip the balance back into the positive. I would certainly use them again if I have tummy troubles or are prescribed antibiotics. Expensive but I feel they were worth it. Will continue taking them for a week to help my stomach fully recover.
