Biona Organic Coconut Oil Cuisine offers all the benefits of cooking with coconut oil with none of the taste!
This oil is made by lightly steaming organic coconut oil to remove its distinctive flavour and aroma, making it an ideal odour-free oil for all kinds of cooking. Naturally saturated and free from trans-fatty acids. Coconut oil becomes liquid above 24°C. Our coconuts are sourced from the tropical island of Sri Lanka. The farm where our coconut products are harvested is rich in biodiversity. The families that run the plantation own cattle, who roam freely and whose dung, along with the coconut husks, acts as a fertilizer for the many species of other plants growing in the surrounding areas.
