Taste very good
Great product, will buy again
Im Sold!
I have been using this sugar for over a year now, it tastes amazing in both tea and coffee, and really adds to the flavour rather than making it just sweet. Having done some research its all been found to be better for you health wise! I would recommend to anyone!
The best.
I have tried pretty much all of the coconut sugars on the market and this is my favourite by far, in taste and in quality. Use it as a substitute wherever white sugar is required, in sweet and savoury dishes and for pickle too.
Rich flavour, not too sweet!
As sugar goes this is not very sweet, instead the rich flour of molasses come through. Absolutely delicious and essential if you prefer a muted sweetness in your baking and coffee!
AMAZING.
I needed this ingredient to make raw chocolate. I couldn't wait to try it so I added it to my tea rather than using the normal white sugar (I have a very sweet tooth).. I am never going back. Even though it is expensive it has such a great taste and for me is worth every penny, instead of two tsp in my tea I will now have one. I only got this product last night so I have still not made chocolate using it but I am looking forward to using this in cakes as well! If I do encounter any problems I will post another review (but I don't think there will be any!!)
My favourite alternative to sugar
I have searched high and low for a slightly healthier alternative to sugar for baking, as I do not like the empty calories of refined sugar. I tried stevia, maple syrup, agave nectar, etc, and whilst they are all good for some things, they did not work brilliantly in my baking. This however works perfectly in my banana bread and ginger biscuits etc. I just substitute like for like with the sugar, and I think it is even more delicious due to the caramel flavour. It even gets the seal of approval from my children, who were previously getting fed up with my "healthy baking" attempts!
