Preparation and Usage
For 12 Vietnamese Spring Rolls combine:
Approx. 30g rice noodles, cooked
10 Iceberg lettuce leaves, chopped
2 Packs of cooked prawns
2 Avocados
2 Large carrots, chopped finely into strips
A handful of mint & corriander
For Dipping:
Blue Dragon hoisin sauce

To Make Vietnamese Spring Rolls...
Dip: Place 1 wrapper in warm water until it is soft and pliable (10-15 sec). Shake off excess water and put on dry chopping board
Fold: Place the filling in the middle of the wrapper and fold over the bottom and sides
Roll: Roll to make neat spring roll shapes. Repeat until you have used all your filling.
Top Tip!
Don't overfill your rolls or they wont hold together.
Instructions
1. Place wrapper into hot water until it is soft and pliable (about 10-15 seconds).
2. Remove wrapper and blot on a damp tea towel.
3. Place the filling in the middle of the wrapper.
4. Fold over the bottom and sides.
5. Roll wrapper upwards to form a neat roll shape.
Filling suggestion (for 4 rolls): Combine 40g cooked rice noodles, with 20g bean sprouts, 4 chopped lettuce leaves, 12 medium sized cooked prawns and a handful each of chopped mint and coriander. Season with Blue Dragon Soy Sauce.
Alternative filling: Stir fry thin strips of cabbage, carrots and mushrooms with minced chilli, ginger and garlic.
Season with Blue Dragon Soy Sauce.

lovely summer rolls
These are rice wrappers and make perfect summer rolls. Easy to use, good ingredients.
Not for Frying
As a few have pointed out, these are Vietnamese Wrappers. OK for uncooked Vietnamese Rolls, also called Summer Rolls but bad for classic deep fried Chinese style Spring Rolls. The wrappers are very thin. This can be proved by quantity/weight comparisons. 15 of these come in at 134g, so 30 would be 268g. The classic frozen Tyj ones come in a pack of 30 with a weight of 550g, more than twice the weight per wrapper. In summary. If you are making Vietnamese style Spring Rolls you can use these. If you are making classic Chinese style deep fried ones, avoid.

Not sure about the negative reviews, these work well for summer rolls and Ive no complaints! You have to work quick or they stick but Ive found this is the case with most spring roll wrappers.
Golden Spring Rolls
Imagine the possibilities for more delicious fillings for wrapping these Blue Dragon Spring Roll Wrappers in! I am so thankful these little conveniences exist. I soaked the rice wrappers 3 seconds in warm water filled in a large bowl. Then quickly turned over the other side, then laid flat on the preparing board and filled with my delicious fillings - then it just wraps so elegantly creating 17 spring rolls. I fried in a few tablespoons of oil to keep it healthy and golden. I can see this becoming an essential purchase
Last resort only
These are okay in a pinch. Blue Dragon have seemingly westernised these wrappers to make them far softer on the tooth, by adding a huge ratio of tapioca starch. This means that they will soften far quicker at the prep stage so proceed with caution. Not only do you need far cooler water but you also need to move FAST softening, filling and wrapping. Id recommend little gem leaves prepped as a pre-cup with your fillings so you can soften a rice wrap, transfer the lettuce carrying your fillings and quickly fold.
