Preparation and Usage
We love to personalise our Thai curries with these handy tips:
Add 50ml water at the end of cooking for a more authentic Thai consistency.
Add a teaspoon of palm or caster sugar to finish with a balanced flavour.
Add finely chopped red chillies or fresh coriander to dress the curry before serving.
Cook for longer to separate the oils for an authentic look.
Recipes
Sizzle: Fry your meat until cooked through, reduce heat to medium, add your paste and gently cook for a minute to release the flavours & aromas.
Stir: Add the coconut milk and bring up to the boil. Add the vegetables, then simmer for about 10 minutes until all infused with the flavours and cooked through.
Enjoy: Serve with steamed rice.

These are awesome, tasty, hot and impart flavour really quickly.
Nice Thai curry
Made a nice Thai green curry, plenty of taste and heat.
Authentic
This is by far the most authentic Green Curry Paste out there. Splash of Fish Sauce and a spoonful of sugar and you're there. Just remember to add water to dilute the Coconut Milk for the right consistency

Ive had these a few times, so simple to make a really delicious curry, just use any veggies that you have, fish fillets, diced chicken or steak (or beans/tofu for vegetarian!) can of coconut milk (love the biona one), bung it altogether in a pan and simmer until cooked. Literally anyone could do it. Healthy food made easy. Bonus is that the ingredients list is pretty decent and natural.

These are very handy little pots, I always keep one or two in the cupboard. I find the heat just right but other member of the family find it a bit too hot. One pot does 2 adults with one chicken breast with a splash of coconut milk and a few veggies that need using. A great way to use up left over bits of meat. fish or vegetables. It's also nice for a change with a dollop of crunchy peanut butter.
