Change in consistency
Recently purchased jars contain pourable liquid with small chunks of apricot. Compote should be thicker and spoon, not pour. Also found one small kernel in one jar. Take care.

Absolutely perfect. We have always frozen at the end of the 3 days recommended in an ice cube tray. Occasionally we have let it go to 4 or 5 days with no problem. the end of the 3 days recommended the end of
