Dry as a stone
Fuet in Catalonia is always a soft product, not to be mistaken with longaniza. This is so hard that you will be Ok to play cricket with it. Dissapointing
Amazing Fuet Sausage
This kind of quality cannot even be found in normal supermarkets in Catalonia. Amazing quality!
good product
Tastewise this product is quite good but Ocado does a terrible job to store it - sometimes it can come with mould on the white casing. I would recommend the product but def. keep an eye when you are receiving it
Just about ok...
... tastewise. Nothing special and certainly did not have the full aroma and quality I was hoping for. First piece had some gristle so I was taken aback. Will try using the rest for cooking but would not buy again at this price.
So good
This is one of the most delicious salamis I've had in this country. I don't know why people are trying to peel it!
lovely cured meat sausage
Lovely texture and flavour. A little expensive, but great to have in the fridge and slice up with a glass of Rioja. You eat the white casing which adds to the flavour. Recommended
