A good chorizo with a little kick
This is the only chorizo we buy now - love the little bit of kick it has. But not too spicy! - realise this is personal though
First time and not the last
Love this and so useful in so many dishes. Also gluten free as far as I can see
great freezer staple to have
Delicious, tasty chorizo cooking sausages. Delicious in stews, look up Patatas a la Riojana Also delicious booked up in a pan for a sausage, egg and baguette meal. As they freeze well I always have some to hand. And nitrite free!
changed the recipe
used to love these sausages, recently they seem to have changed the recipe, now feel quite wet to the touchand release a lot of water when cooked
Improved
Have been purchasing these sausages for a good many years, mainly due to them having no preservatives. Not really that spicy, but tasty enough. A few months back the quality definitely dropped, with at least one hard gristly bit in each sausage, However, the last 3 or 4 packs have all been fine.
massive drop in quality
I have been buying this chorizo for years for its taste, texture and lack of nasties. However the last few packs have been really disappointing, with lumps of gristle. I will order again but if this continues I will stop buying, given how expensive it is.
