Great taste; quality issues
I love these - I have brought many, many packets and have many, many happy memories around these. However, last 3 purchases have gone bad 5 weeks(!) ahead of time. This has not happened before and is a food safety concern (which was duly highlighted to Ocado). I miss them, because they really are lovely. But, I am unwilling to risk it with food safety. Once the reviews start trending positive, I shall happily repurchase.
Terrible 2nd time around
Furst time I bough these, they were delicious. Second time i got them they were terrible, grizly, chewy, full of fat. Ruined a meal I made for my friends as noone could eat them. Wont be buying again
Woah, 60p price hike!
We like these chorizo sausages, but 60p price increase since last month means we wont be buying them as often
Inconsistent taste
Last delivery was disappointing.. Been buying this for years and last ordered two packages when one had totally different flavour to the other..when I say different I mean not to my taste, very smoky and just blaaa taste..
Taste great
I didnt like the texture. I prefer a firmer chorizo. Worked ok in my stew even if looked a little fluffy and overcooked in the end
Exceptional chorizo!
Being half Spanish, I have tasted a lot of Chorizo. This is beautiful, tastes just like the old days! They are not spicy. I dont like spice and these are sweet and full of flavour. We do tapas most weeks and I use these all the time. Much nicer than the cheaper alternatives. You get what you pay for! You wont be disappointed.
