NOT soffrito
No celery or carrot. Don't waste money. No olive oil!

A bitter salsa
This was really bitter. It was full of green peppers and more like a nacho salsa than a soffrito. Won’t be buying again and ruined the dish I used it in.
A handy shortuct
A great base for sauces, stews, paella, shakshuka etc. Good to have as a standby for when time is short, but expensive for what it is!
