Brand
It was all started in 1936 by Gabriel Pasquier in a small village bakery at Les Cerqueux, France. In 1974, his five sons began building the family business into 'Brioche Pasquier', which now employs over 3,000 people across Europe.
Today, we raise our dough using our own traditional "levain", following the same original baking method Gabriel used, which delivers a unique taste. And we ensure that all our recipes are free from artificial colours, flavours and hydrogenated fats.
With over 4 million Brioche Pasquier products enjoyed every day, it is little wonder that we are the No. 1 brand in the brioche market. Bon appétit!
It truly is France's favourite!
Why not try...
PITCH, the tasty filled brioche great for kids. Perfect for breakfast, as a snack or to put in your lunchbox. Plus it's free from preservatives and hydrogenated fats.

Contains Rapeseed
Contains WEF's favourite ingredient Rapeseed Oil, won't be buying.
Love them!
These are delicious and have the added bonus of being individually wrapped which means each time you open one, it tastes really fresh.
not individually wrapped
This didnt please my son that these werent individually wrapped. Often he grabs them on the way to school or pops into packed lunch , shame
No longer individually wrapped
Sadly, these are no longer individually wrapped. Nothing saying 'less packaging' so I didnt realise until after Id bought them/sent them off with my child for their DofE expedition - the bag split when they opened it and the pains au chocolat were then loose, unwrapped. Won't buy again, as they're not fit for our purpose. Yes, we could open the bag and carefully clingfilm each pastry but if we were going to do that, we'd wrap fresh pastries. Once the bag has been opened, they all go stale so the advantage of long-life pastries has been lost.
Good value
It's a good value snack. They're quite soft as well as tasty, and they keep quite well because they're individually wrapped (I think the environment can take one for the team if it means we get fresher breakfast pastries).
My regular buy
Happy with these and tastes good, love thats been packed each individually.
