It contains banned additives
It is really worrying that some banned food additives are permitted in children's medicines. Some medicines warned the additives they contained could have harmful side effects e.g., E123, E214, E216 & E218 may cause allergic reactions (possibly delayed). The side effects listed included irritation of the skin, eyes and mucosal surfaces, stomach upset and diarrhoea. This isn’t sugar free!
Just wanted to make it clear for those commenting above saying it has no sugar. Nothing wrong with that just read carefully.
Must have
Have to have this in the house. It has always helped our 4 year old when poorly since birth. A must buy.
Necessity
Always have a bottle in the cupboard for when the kids need it, and they are happy to take it.
Original and best
So glad this one has no sweetener. I tried a supermarket own brand calpol and it was bitter and harder to get baby to take it.
Finally the original one
Hurray! I have found somewhere that sell calpol that isnt sugar-free, theres nothing worse than your child having a cold or fever and the sugar free painkiller acting as a laxative! Then my child has a cold and a sore tummy/ bottom!
