Vinification Details
The grapes are harvested when ripe, destemmed, crushed and then fermented for 6 to 12 days. The fermentation temperature is kept below 32°C and the
wine is gently pressed. Lastly the wine is racked, filtered and bottled.

really enjoyed

I first had this one some cheese, crackers and salami. Really lovely flavour not at all harsh or vinegary

Not bad \- decent with sweet and sour chicken

I am reviewing this as I had a free sample from Ocado. I wouldn’t pay £10 a bottle for it. Not bad for £7 a bottle. It did go well with the sweet and sour chicken - even though it recommended with sweet and sour pork. Would I buy again? - maybe but not at the higher price.

Not a fan

I'm reviewing this because I received a free sample from Ocado. Firstly I don't usually favour merlot so my expectation wasn't too high. It has some hints of vanilla and spice but that's about it. I found it quite harsh and certainly wouldn't pay 10 pound for it. I couldn't recommend this but I'm glad I got to try something I wouldn't purchase usually. Thanks Ocado

Plum Jam in a bottle

I’m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. I'm a big fan of blends from Languedoc-Roussillon but never really tried a single variety. This went well with a spicy tomato and chorizo pasta. It is very smooth and plumy with hints of vanilla. We finished the bottle watching the Matrix and, whilst the film still didn't make much sense, the wine was delicious.
