Preparation and Usage
1. Coat 500g of chicken mini fillets with the seasoning mix and leave to marinate (5 minutes).
2. Cook the chicken in a pre-heated frying pan with a little oil, turning halfway, until fully cooked through (approx. 8 minutes).
3. I suggest to cover the pan with a lid halfway through cooking, to keep the chicken moist!
4. Gather your toppings and warm your tortilla wraps while the chicken cooks.
5. Serve your Brazilian chicken in warmed tortillas. I recommend having with crispy lettuce, soured cream, Capsicana salsa and fresh salad, or even some homemade slaw.

Nice more spice than your usual shop ‘medium’
Put it with quorum mince, was lovely - mixed in some pasata and cheese and popped in some wraps, well nice. Most ‘hot’ or ‘medium’ spice stuff from shops mildly tickles you, but this had a bit of a kick.
Gorgeous flavoursome mix
I love this mix and use it a lot, mostly on my chicken and turkey. You don't need a lot as it's very strong but the flavours are amazing together. I always rub it into my meat and leave to marinate for a couple of hours before cooking. I haven't used it in fajitas as of yet but I will. It's my first go to for poultry meat seasoning as it works so well. The end results are always very very tasty. I hope this stays on the market as there is no alternative in my opinion.
Salted
Quite a warm mix that we like with fried eggs, or fried halloumi with onions. We always fry the spice first. This mix is salted and we didn't find it too much salt. That is a matter of taste and it also means that if you want more spice in the dish then adding more of this mix could make it too salty. I prefer mixes without salt because of this, and because salt is cheap so I feel like it a bulking agent rather than a necessary addition to the mix. I have gotten the hang of this mix so keep a pack in the cupboard to ring the changes.
The Best Fajita Seasoning!
This fajita spice mix (and the others from this brand) are unrivalled, in my view. I agree they are quite spicy but it suits us. Results in a lovely fresh flavour that I dont even think I could replicate if I made my own mix!
Best of all
Pure Mexican flavour best mix ever
Just taste spicy
Didn't feel there was any 'taste' to it, just tasted spicy. The smoked paprika didn't really come out. Tried it twice and wont have again sadly.
