Works for me
I have excessively dry skin on my hands and this is the only product that works for me. I use it as a soap on dry hand then rinse it off then apply a little to moisturise my hands. There's a disclaimer on the box about it being a fire hazard but I think Thornton & Ross are just covering themselves in case something happens. I know people who've used this over many years for dry skin conditions and they've never had a problem with it. I certainly haven't. To me it's a great product.
Bit scary
I was advised by A&E nurse to use an aqueous cream for a skin condition. However, the second tube I purchased via Ocado now carries a danger warning to keep material -i.e. bedding - that has this cream on it away from fire as it is very flammable. Bit worrying.
