Product information

Carlsberg Danish Lager Beer bottles are 3.8% ABV. The brew has a full mouthfeel, a great smoothness and depth of flavour, with crisp bitterness and a distinctive hop aroma in every bottle.

We Danes love to share, it's in our nature. That's why at Carlsberg we've been exporting our finest beer since 1869.

Carlsberg Danish Lager bottles are best served chilled. Our Pilsner glass has been designed specifically to enhance your enjoyment of our beer. For the perfect serve, ensure the outside of the glass is clean and dry. Hold the glass at 45 degrees and then pour to three quarters' full, before slowly straightening, developing the head as you top up.

Much improved!

After many years of not buying Carlsberg for probably well known to many lager lovers reason, I ordered a box of small bottles, as the price was really good and I hoped the flavour would have probably improved, at least ever so slightly, since I had it last time. I didn't set any expectations before I popped one open. Gulp, gulp, gulp... Wasssssh... Gulp... And one more gulp.. Followed by another two sips. Surprisingly good, I thought. On par with Peroni and Moretti, after you've mixed them 50/50 with Coors, but don't get me wrong. Each their own. Everyone has their own taste. Perfect for washing down big mac meals. Very strong .

Why advertise what you don\x27t have?

Wanted some beers. You advertised at a good price. Go to put it in the basket and ,... guess what, not available, unless I buy 6 smaller packs at much higher price. Conning us again and again

new carlsberg pilsner is a big improvement

although it's much better on tap than in a can, that's the same with all beers. This bottle format tastes better than the can.

Great tasing Lager.

There’s something about the taste, it’s not like other cold and wet lagers, it has a crispness without being gassy so there is no need for high alcohol levels - just enjoy the taste. And it’s made in the U.K. to the Danish recipe...

not bad

Not my preferred brand but most people are happy to drink it so brilliant happy medium to have for guests. Very drinkable although possibly better in the summer!
