Yum
I love this over baked apple. Wish you did the smaller tins for one though!
Less guilt!
Bought this for using to make icecream, worked well!
Too watery
Thought I’d try a lighter version of this milk as we have it with tea and coffee. However, this is much more watery than the regular version and not as tasty. So it is better to have the regular but less of it and less often than to try a lighter version.
Coffee game changer
Add some to your coffee for a smooth and creamy taste. Delicious!
So dreamy
I always add this to my instant coffee. It doesn't go faty like cream does but gives a sublime creamy taste and thicker viscosity to the drink.
Great substitute for cream
I have loved evaporated milk since I was a kid. Love also how many other countries -inc in Europe and Asia- use it as standard for coffee (I suspect as fresh milk has a use-by date). I, too, sometimes treat myself for using in coffee, but otherwise it's a great substitute for cream in dishes such as carbonara, for guilt-free cooking. My only wish now is that I could buy the little individual pods here in the UK (which you can bulk-buy readily in supermarkets in Belgium and the Netherlands)
