How cheddar should taste.

Been eating this cheese for years, the flavour is so intense that we find ourselves using less for each serving. On the few occasions that I have been unable to obtainI was shocked at how little flavour other popular brands offer.

Delicious Cheese

we love cheese) We had not tried this brand before, so we gave it a go and were very happy with it. The flavour was delicious, a creamy texture, not over bearing. I enjoy a cheese salad sandwich for my lunch and this was delicious. Also melted well for cheeses on toast and kept it's flavour. Would buy again

Very tasty mature cheddar

I usually buy mature cheddar because I find it more creamy in general. When I saw this extra mature cheddar however I wanted to give it a go, and I am very glad that I did. Honestly this is very nice, it is creamy and contrary to what I was expecting for an extra mature cheddar, this is super tasty even in the aftertaste.

Not strong

I bought this as I was sure I'd tried it years ago and it was properly sharp. This was more like a medium cheddar. Nice enough, but I was disappointed as I didn't want medium.
