nice but not strong
I like the flavour but it's not as strong as I expect mature cheddar to be.
Pilgrims Mature Chedder is so,
much better! This Castello Tickler Mature is bland and very average tasting.
Tastiest ever cheddar cheese!
Perfect strong flavour and good creamy texture. Great in sandwiches or grated in pasta dishes. This is my new favourite mature cheddar cheese.
Fine quality taste
Can happily say that I enjoyed this cheese very much, the texture and taste on my tongue was absolutely fine, not too strong and not too weak and same with the smell, just right.
Delicious
Castello Tickler mature cheddar is delicious. It has a rich, mature and creamy texture that's great. I used it to make delicious sandwiches and it adds a wonderful flavour to any meal. The mature taste is just right for my palate.
Ahhh the French
Normally have a French Tickler, but this is easily as good.
