this is the only brand I buy
I only but this brand of cheese I prefer the mild one but have also bought the mature one tasty cheese
Outstanding
For a mild cheese it has a superior quality that makes it stand out from the rest. It definitely deserves a place on the cheeseboard for me.
Our go to cheddar
This has been our long standing family favourite cheddar. Not too salty, lovely texture and flavour.
The tastiest of the lot
I love this. It's not too salty and tastes lovely. Knocked off a star because every now and again it starts to mould in its unopened packet, even though its use by date is ages away. Of course, if you eat it quickly that's not going to be an issue.
Excellent Cheddar
For years been a favourite of ours, one cannot go wrong with Cathedral brand. Always handy to keep a pack in the fridge for quick sandwiches, snacking fruit or veg or adding to any dish. We have noticed these packs these fresher for longer either sealed back in the packet or wrapped in foil. Taste wise its a lovely mild creamy cheese.
Black bits
As a previous reviewer commented we also had black bits in our cheese, I am also concerned about their environmental ethos after hearing that they have been fined by the environmental agency for releasing contaminants into rivers.
