fish pie replaced by potato pie
Used to buy it every week, last to deliveries reduction of fish by at least 50 percent, also price went up by 20 percent.. dont mind to pay more for our favourite fish pie, but not for potato pie I can do mash potatoes cheaper and tastier with a good fresh fish filet way too expensive for new recipe
Im now a fish pie convert!
Ive never liked fish pie before, but this was absolutely fantastic. Tasted completely home made. Serve with some green vegetables.
Tasty flavour but where's the fish?
The flavour is nice but severe lack of actual fish in this. I got it in a flash sale. Would not get again and not at full price. If there was pieces of fish in it, it could be fantastic.
Not the right ratio of fish:sauce:mash
Tastes nice but it's mainly creamy sauce, hardly any mash (not even sure it was 1cm thick) , and the fish pieces were low in places. Not enough for 2, I ate it by myself and it wasn't that filling because within 1hr I realised I was still hungry. Also because I ate the whole thing I ended up with a stomach ache, because it was too rich for my stomach.
loved it
Good amount of fish, tasty sauce. Only downside its too salty for my liking.
Not much fishy in this hideous dishy.
Dry, tasteless, and an idea for vegans, as you rarely find much animal product. Check the number of one stars!
