Regional Information
This wine is a selection of the best clay/limestone slopes from Château Clarke, a fantastic ¿terroir¿ for a great Merlot wine. The vineyards are carefully managed in order to get the lowest yield, achieving the best concentration and maturity in the grapes.

Vinification Details
Hand Picking and sorting in the Vineyard and again in the cellar prior to destemming, cold soaking and fermentation in oak and stainless steel vats. Automatic temperature control. Aged 100% in barrels. Ageing duration 16 months.

simply amazing
I don't usually spend this sort of money on wine but I blown away by how amzing this was. Its totally worth the extra money and I will be buying again! I just hope it will go on offer one day :D
