Excellent

Used it as the base for cauliflower cheese. Just added grated cheese to it and it was lovely.

I always keep as a standby for cooking, the mushrooms & truffle varieties are also excellent

Great cupboard standby

This is very good cream. I could not tell it was long life. I used in in a sauce with chicken but it would be just as good cold with dessert.
