The Chivas Regal XV edition has been aged for a minimum of 15 years and selectively finished in Cognac casks, giving this premium blended Scotch whisky a rich and uniquely refined taste. On first consumption, this Chivas Regal XV Blended Scotch Whisky projects rich and sweet aromas that reminiscent marmalade, cinnamon and sultanas. The flavour of this 15 year old Scotch whisky then undergoes a transformative process into a delicious medley of fruity flavours intertwined with subtle nuances of butterscotch. This premium Chivas Regal XV Blended Scotch Whisky can be enjoyed neat, over ice or as a cocktail.

Posh and fruity!

Really nice whisky slightly different flavour profile to most as it has a slight fruitiness to it...but wonderfully drinkable. Surprised to find the packaging and presentation seemed so premium, which is a nice bonus when youre spending a few quid on a bottle. Would recommend.

Really good for a blended whisky

Very smooth for a blended whisky and has a nice smokey flavour and aroma. Nice enough to drink on its own with ice or with a mixer.

Good option

Nicely packaged so that is looks expensive if it was a gift. Good colour and smell. Personally I preferred it over ice. Really good option for a mid price range whisky.

Drinkable but not for a connoisseur

I asked a keen whiskey drinker to review this for me. The verdict was that it was perfectly drinkable but wouldnt be a first choice for someone who really takes their whiskey seriously. Id happily offer this to guests and know that would enjoy it.

Loved it

A very fine blend. Silky smooth with a warmness and flavour with rich notes of honey and vanilla that leaves many others behind.
