A slight pong

Speaking as someone who eats various types of seaweeds, sauerkraut, truffles, pickled root vegetables, etc, I found the seaweed flavour too subtle to get a proper taste, while the crackers had an unpleasant smell that overwhelmed the taste. The oat is really nice but these aren't for me.

Prefer the orginal

This has a strong pepper taste and I prefer the original ones over this flavour

Perfect in every way!

These are outstanding! Gorgeous earthy flavour, perfect crunchy creamy texture, organic, vegan, no palm oil, no nasties and Scottish! The flavour and texture are exceptional. I love Clearspring Organic Traditional Oatcakes and Clearspring Organic Sea Vegetable & Black Pepper Oatcakes equally - both are outstanding and perfect in every way.

Seaweed weird at first but lovely quality

At first I was surprised by the seaweed taste and found it a bit too much like the seashore, but by the time I was on my 3rd I really liked them. Slightly nutty, and really savoury. Above all I just really appreciate the fact they are organic, made with olive oil, and no added rubbish. Not annoyingly moreish like some oatcakes. Will buy again.

Tasty and olive oil NOT palm oil

These are nicely pepper flavoured and use olive oil instead of palm oil. Thank you Clearspring

Nice

Personally I don't like them (just a personal taste) but my son does and, despite he doesn't eat many processed food, I like to have a pack of crackers at home for "snacks emergencies" :) these are a great options, definitely.
