High smoke point

This is good organic oil with a high smoke point - ideal for frying. I appreciate the green glass bottle which helps keep the oil fresher for longer.

Best healthy frying oil

Healthiest frying oil around with milder taste compared to olive oil. Lower saturated fat, lower polyunsaturated fat than olive oil, making it perfect for frying. Only partly refined which is healthier than fully refined vegetable oils.

unfortunately an after taste

I fried kids chicken as usual but when tasted it it was bitter vs other sunflower oil I regularly use. Dont have enough knowledge to know WHY but will not repurchase I am afraid

Good stuff

Excellent oil. This is "high oleic" sunflower oil, with far more good monounsaturated fat than most sunflower oils you can buy.

Brilliant in the frying pan, and also fantastic for Yorkshire puds in the oven.

Organic sunflower oil.

Beautiful organic sunflower oil by Clearspring. The only one I use now for frying, as it is stable at high temperatures. Would recommend.
