This sauce mix with green, black and white pepper creates a mouth-watering pepper sauce – it makes a velvety accompaniment to a juicy steak. Now you can enjoy a delicious Pepper Sauce- all within the space of 2 minutes! Colman's Pepper Sauce Mix 40g is also suitable for vegetarians, Free from Artificial Colours, Free from Artificial Preservatives and has No added MSG, making them an excellent choice for creating a family-favourite meal. Prep and usage: Recipe - Serves 4 Cooking time - simmer for 2 minutes Makes 300ml (approx. 1/2 pint) 1 sachet Colman's Pepper Sauce Mix 300ml (1/2 pint) semi skimmed milk Makes the perfect accompaniment to a juicy steak. Pour a little milk into the pan and mix. Stir in the remaining milk and bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for 2 minutes. Why not try: Steak Stir Fry. Stir fry some sliced quick-fry steak with a bag of your favourite stir fry vegetables. Add grated root ginger and chopped garlic to taste. Mix in your Pepper sauce, prepared as usual. Love this sauce
My daughter has become obsessed with this and we love it on our steak. Its very quick and easy to make! Instructions are very clear and taste just like that from a restaurant.

Useful sauce to have in
I like using this sauce because it's not over-peppery-hot which seems to suit most palates. For ours I separate off some made sauce & stir in finely ground green peppercorn for extra warmth & flavour.

Actually had this with sausage and chips and it was lovely. Easy to make and easy to eat.

More creamy than peppery
Didn't have much of a pepper kick, just tasted quite creamy. It was nice, but should be called white sauce, not peppercorn!
