Bottle Needs a Handle

Good product with clever pouring system, but the lack of a handle will give many people problems in holding this very heavy bottle.

I had to train myself to hugely reduce the amount I put in the machine though, it works well

NICE CONDITIONER, IN A BADLY DESIGNED BOTTLE. MANAGED TO SPILL IT EVERY WHERE.

Better Container

It's a shame as I really like the conditioner, especially good for allergies. Unfortunately I'm giving it a low rating due to the design of the bottle. It's really hard to grip and I have also spilt it as it's difficult to pour. I've given up using it at the moment until I can transfer it to a more suitable container.

Dreadful bottle

I've always used Comfort and have had no issues with the product but the new bottle is dreadful. It is very difficult to open and nearly impossible to pour without lots spilling out. I appreciate that the bottle is made from recycled material, which is good but it is now so flimsy that is squashes when you try to pour.
