Our tasty fruit mix contains some of Crazy Jack's most treasured dried fruits. Grown the natural Crazy Jack way, without the use of sulphur dioxide, our raisins, sultanas, apricots, and cranberries are all together in one handy bag to give your baking a well rounded fruity kick.

Try Crazy Jack's Mixed Fruit & Oat Scones
Ingredients:
225g self raising flour
100g Crazy Jack mixed fruit
1 egg, beaten
75ml milk, plus a little for brushing on the tops,
170g porridge oats
50g caster sugar
110g butter, melted
1. Preheat the oven to 220c, Gas mark 7
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, oats, sugar and mixed fruit
Make a well in the centre.
3. In a small bowl beat the egg until frothy, and the stir in the melted butter and milk. Pour into the well and mix to create a soft dough. Pat the dough out until it is 1 inch think - no need for a rolling pin!
4. Press out 15 circles using a scone cutter and place on a lightly greased baking tray. Brush lightly with milk to glaze.
5. Bake for 10 minutes - the scones will be golden on the bottom when they are cooked. Serve warm, with clotted cream and jam!

expensive sultanas
Agree that this is disappointingly 70% sultanas and raisin. Any taste of cranberry or apricot is completely lost. Will not be buying again.

Love it!
I find it very handy mixed fruit pack for baking or sprinklings over the porridge. Its a good mix of cranberries, apricots, raisins and sultanas. Raisins and sultanas are always good quality unlike in other packs.

It says mixed fruit but really its full of raisins and sultanas. And added sugar...

Lack of flavor
Yes it’s organic and has no additives. I bought it for my Christmas panettone and it didn’t taste as good as I expected, so won’t buy it again.
