Our Crostini are a labour of love, starting life as a loaf in its own right. After a day spent baking Filone bread from scratch, on day two, they are sliced and drizzled with chilli-infused oil and baked again until light and crisp.

We love them!

We had never tried these until last week, so can't comment on any changes to the product, but we loved them! Nice crunch, good hit of chilli, perfect beer snacks

What happened to this product? Used to love it but it its not the same, such a shame!!!

what happened?

These used to be amazing, but now they've changed the recipe and they're thinner, dryer, and far too much chilli. Please go back to the old product formulation

Change is not always for the better

These used to be the go-to snack in our family, but a few months back they changed beyond recognition. Thought it was a bad batch, but have been hugely disappointed since with the quality & flavour - they are like a cheap copy of their former selves. Wont be buying again.

why the change? Now just nice

Always bought these as they had just the right kick of chilli, had a great crunch and more of a ciabatta type of texture. Different to most bruschetta/crostinis out there. We and our kids loved them. However they are now different - they crunch in a softer way and has a smoother texture - almost like the old crunchy dried French toast from years ago. Theyre still nice, Just not as enjoyable and not our go to anymore sadly
