Linguette are typical of northern Italy. These crunchy flatbreads are an antipasti staple of Liguria and Piemonte, easily recognised sitting proud and tall in restaurant bread baskets and by the lattice of pinpricked holes on top, imprinted to keep them thin and crisp while baking.

lovely and crispy

I love these plain flat breads as they are very moorish, really crispy and great with dips or on their own. They were out of stock last time I ordered, so I was sent the rosemary ones, which I really didnt like!

Savoury Delight

My kids love these and just eat them plain. They are divine with cheese, dips, accompaniment to salad. A cupboard favourite.

Tasty but need a spoon to eat most of them

Delicious crackers but not a single whole one in the entire packet. Satisfyingly crunchy and calorific.
