Taste every so slightly sub par compared to usual but still put it high and above most of the bakery section you find in supermarkets these days

This loaf is very popular in our household, there isnt ever any waste as there are no end bits/crusts and it seems to go well with everything! It freezes really nicely too.

New favourite bread

Rarely do I find a bread that everybody likes, so I end up with several loaves, and lots of waste. This bread is a hit with the whole family. Equally delicious toasted with smashed avocado and poached eggs, as it is served along side soup or pasta, to mop up the remaining sauce on the plate. Never any wasted.
